Our process begins with a visit to your home at a time to suit you, where our experienced team will take precise measurements of the area for your new flooring. This is an essential step to ensure accurate quoting.
Needs and Aesthetics
Discussion
During the visit, we will discuss your specific needs, preferences, and any aesthetic goals you have in mind. We will also address any limitations, such as existing floor conditions, subfloor issues or design constraints. If we are aware of your requirements beforehand we can bring samples with us or drop these at a later date. We always try to provide large samples that show you the variations in each board.
Expert Advice
Achieving your vision
Based on our conversation, we will provide expert recommendations on the best methods to achieve your desired look. This includes suggestions for wood types, finishes, and design options that align with your vision.
Itemised
Quote
After our visit, you will receive an itemized quote via email for your review. This detailed document will clearly outline all items and services, ensuring complete transparency—no hidden costs. Our FAQS will also be attached which will hopefully answer any general questions you may have.
Sub Floor
Consideration
Please note that while most aspects can be specified in the quote, subfloor work may require on-site evaluation once the job has started if we are unable to gain access beforehand for accurate pricing. We will list potential costs and communicate any variables that may arise once we assess the conditions.
Approval
Scheduling
If you’re satisfied with the quote, we will finalize project dates and send an invoice for the deposit to secure your booking. A works schedule guide will follow so you hopefully have all the answers to any questions before works commence.
Final Payment
Invoicing
The final payment will be due within four days of job completion, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process for you.
