A stunning wooden staircase is everyone’s dream but sadly, the reality is the majority of staircases never fulfill their full potential

While every suitcase is almost different in style there is one thing that they all pretty much have in common – The material they’re made out of… wood. Often percievced as something difficult to restore due to their different shapes and awkward corners many staircases are left untouched. But why replace your staircase when you can renovate it for a fraction of the cost?

At Kent Wood Flooring we offer two main options when it comes to renovating your current staircase:

Carpet and wood mixture: With this option we will sand and coat the outsides of the treads and risers allowing you to keep or have a new carpet installed through the middle of the staircase.

Complete Wood: This is where we sand and coat the whole step exposing the wood within. There are many options at the staining process with this option as you have colour and stain options with the risers and the treads.
